Business & Strategy

Start with the 45-Minute Check.

You bring what’s stuck — or just not working like it used to. I listen, ask questions, then tell you what I see and what I’d try first.

₦75,000

Book the Call

Have a practical question first?

Start here. These quick answers cover what the session is, who it is for, and what happens next.

It is a focused working conversation about what’s stuck in your business, brand, commercial direction, or execution.

You explain what’s happening. I ask questions, test my understanding, and make sure the diagnosis is aligned with the real issue — not just the first symptom. You should be able to say, “Yes, exactly,” or correct the frame and say, “Not that alone — let me explain it more clearly.”

This is not a generic discovery call, a sales pitch, or a recycled framework. We work toward a confirmed priority, a practical first move, and clarity about what would require deeper work.

  • You book and pay for the session, then answer a few short questions so I know what you want us to focus on.
  • At the scheduled time, we meet on Google Meet. You explain what’s going on, I ask questions, and we work through the issue together. I do not spend the call talking at you or rush to deliver a diagnosis before I understand the situation properly.
  • After the call, I prepare The MA Mission Map — a written handover of the confirmed issue, the priority, the first moves, and what needs deeper work. Delivered within 48 hours.

One short clarification round is included for 7 calendar days after the Map is delivered.

WhatsApp is available for practical questions about booking, payment, timing, or how the session works.

It does not replace the 45-Minute Check. Properly understanding what is going on requires focused time, the right questions, and a real conversation — not a few messages sent back and forth.

The ₦75,000 covers one scheduled 45-Minute Check focused on one primary business, brand, commercial, or execution issue.

  • It also includes the MA Mission Map, delivered within 48 hours after the call, plus one short clarification round for 7 calendar days after the Map is delivered.
  • The fee is not a retainer, an unlimited-access pass, or a credit balance that carries across future concerns. Once the session and included clarification window have been used, the fee is exhausted.
  • Returning clients do not need to repeat the full onboarding process. You can book directly or email the approved contact address with the subject line “New case — returning client.” However, each new business issue, additional meeting, or separate engagement is booked and paid for separately.

  • The 45-Minute Check is an active working conversation, not a timed monologue. Questions, clarification, and alignment checks are part of the session so we solve the right problem, not the wrong one quickly.
  • If you remember a short detail after the call, use the included clarification round within 7 calendar days after the Mission Map is delivered. That window is for clarifying the agreed case — it is not a second consultation, a new diagnosis, unlimited messaging, or implementation management.

If the issue requires execution support:
Some clients need more than a map — they need hands-on help coordinating the fix with their team. That is a separately scoped engagement, discussed and priced after the diagnosis is clear.

  • The session ends at its scheduled time and does not roll over into unlimited follow-up.

Not necessarily.

Those channels may be part of the problem, but we do not start by assuming the answer is more ads, more content, or better SEO.

Sometimes the real issue is the offer, positioning, sales process, distribution, customer experience, team execution, or the way the business is being run. The session helps identify where the real blockage is. Campaign execution or specialist marketing work, if needed, is a separate conversation.

Because the session itself is the work — not a free preview of the work.

You are paying for dedicated time, focused questioning, diagnosis, alignment, the first practical direction, and the MA Mission Map that follows. Payment also reserves the time specifically for you.

You do not have to book if you are not ready. But once you book, this is a real working session — not a promise that I will impress you before payment or a guarantee of a complete business turnaround in 45 minutes.

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment. With 48 hours or more, you may choose one reschedule to an available time or request a full refund.
  • Changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment, no-shows, and late arrivals are not automatically eligible for a refund or free reschedule. The session still ends at the scheduled time, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a missed session.
  • If I need to cancel, you can choose between a full refund and a replacement appointment.

My Mandate

Why I Can Fix What's Broken

The Foundation

Early on, I learned something simple: I couldn't afford an excuse. Theatre Arts taught me discipline and execution. Business taught me reality — clients don't care about effort, only outcomes. Building service businesses in cash-flow environments forced me to master retention, consistency, and delivery under pressure. That's the foundation behind how I diagnose what's broken and drive turnarounds now.

That lesson has followed me for more than two decades. Sometimes I walked into something already broken and helped put it back together. Sometimes I took a rough vision and stayed with it until it could stand in the market. An idea was never finished just because it sounded good. It had to become something people could see, something a team could execute, and something the business could feel—in revenue or in a turnaround.

The Turning Point

Ambition demanded more. After years as an ambitious artist and entrepreneur, I was good, but not great. I saw bigger brands winning, and I needed to know why. I deliberately stepped away from my own business and went to work on the front lines of global retail conglomerates. I learned how products move, how brands win, and why most well-funded strategies still fail at the point of purchase.

My Audacity

This is why I can help you.

My transformation into a strategist was cemented when I was hired as a Senior Growth Lead for a North American Ed-Tech company. 95% of my job was jumping on high-stakes consultation calls with C-suite executives, bank leaders, and PhDs — all brilliant people who were stuck. My role was to diagnose their career bottlenecks and architect the path to their next six-figure trajectory. On those calls, I learned to cut through the noise and deliver clarity. Fast.

Final Word...

After seeing the road that built me, an industry statesman once queried me, harmlessly:

“So, you have arrived?”  My answer? Not at all.

I still take each day’s business challenge as something I need to crack. The market keeps moving. Behaviour shifts. Interest is never static.

Some industries are still holding the rope’s end, trusting consumer purchasing power to improve so more stock can move out of the distributor’s stall and warehouses.

Then the retailer starts buying with more confidence.
More revenue. Bigger turnovers.

Then market spend comes back into play—advertising and trade promotions to stay visible.
Whoever keeps showing up in trade stays top of mind. Often, that is where the pricing war is won too.

So you see, the answer isn’t that I now have all the answers.

It is that I have walked those trenches. Those are the scars I claim as my audacity.

Most leaders don't lack vision. They lack execution. They know what they want, but they don't have the structure or the "how." My entire journey has been a relentless education in one thing: execution.

I'm standing by. Are you still unsure?
