These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of walemichael.com and to services purchased from Michael Marketing, trading as Michael Marketing / Michael Adewale/ Wale Michael (“Michael Marketing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, booking a session, or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a service.
A written proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or service-specific agreement may contain additional terms. If an additional written agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that engagement.
Business details:

By using the website or communicating with us electronically, you agree that we may send notices, confirmations, disclosures, invoices, service updates, and other communications electronically. Electronic communications may satisfy a legal requirement that a communication be in writing, subject to applicable law.
The website contains information about Michael Marketing, Michael Adewale’s strategic work, the Playbook, art, contact routes, and related content. Website content is provided for general information and may change over time.
The primary public paid offer is:
The A 45-Minute Check includes:
The session is not a retainer, unlimited-access arrangement, transferable credit balance, automatic three-month reconvene, full turnaround blueprint, implementation engagement, or guarantee of a particular business result.
Execution Mapping, implementation support, team coordination, specialist support, and ongoing accountability are separate engagements. They require a separate written scope stating the intended outcome, meetings, active dates or duration, communication channel, response window, deliverables, exclusions, price, and what requires a new scope.
Michael Marketing may provide strategic framing and direction while approved execution is delivered by Beginners Base or another verified specialist under a separate scope. Michael Marketing does not present itself as a general production-service catalogue.
A booking is confirmed only after the required booking steps and payment have been completed through the designated booking and payment process.
You must provide accurate booking information and answer the pre-call questions honestly enough for the session to be prepared. A booking is for the named client and primary business issue. It may not be transferred to another person without our written agreement.
The booking page, checkout, confirmation message, and these Terms should be read together. The public booking flow must clearly state the service price, duration, Google Meet arrangement, one-issue scope, Mission Map delivery promise, and included clarification window.
The 48-hour cancellation notice is separate from the promise that the MA Mission Map will be delivered within 48 hours after the completed call.
The MA Mission Map is a focused first-stage handover based on the issue discussed during the session. It may identify the confirmed bottleneck, priority outcome, first moves, dependencies, measures to observe, and areas requiring deeper work.
It is not a guarantee of success, a substitute for implementation, a detailed multi-month execution calendar, or a promise that every business issue will be resolved during the session.
The included clarification round is one short, consolidated written follow-up focused on clarifying the existing Mission Map. It must be used within 7 calendar days after delivery. It does not include a second consultation, new diagnosis, draft review, unlimited messaging, implementation management, or ongoing accountability.
Returning clients may avoid repeating the full onboarding process. However, each new business issue, additional meeting, or deeper engagement is separately booked and paid for. A previous payment does not become a transferable balance or an open-ended right of access.
WhatsApp is available as a practical booking-assistance and reassurance channel. It may be used for questions about booking, payment, timing, and how the session works.
WhatsApp does not replace the A 45-Minute Check, provide free diagnosis, create an informal strategy channel, or expand the scope of a paid engagement. Do not send highly confidential strategy material through a public enquiry or booking-help channel unless we have agreed an appropriate process.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the decisions you make, and the implementation of any recommendation. You should obtain specialist professional advice where your circumstances require legal, tax, accounting, medical, regulatory, financial, or other specialist advice.
The website and services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, regulatory, financial, or other specialist professional advice unless a separate qualified engagement expressly states otherwise.
We provide strategic thinking, diagnosis, direction, and defined support. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, market share, customer growth, campaign performance, turnaround, or any other specific commercial outcome.
Results depend on circumstances outside our control, including the quality of information supplied, market conditions, client decisions, team execution, resources, timing, and third-party performance.
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website or every page will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We or our licensors own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website, brand materials, visual identity, copy, frameworks, templates, images, videos, downloadable resources, and other materials made available through the website or services, except for content clearly belonging to a client or third party.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
We will treat information shared in connection with a paid engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to provide the service through an approved processor or specialist, already public, or authorised by the client.
A general enquiry, website submission, WhatsApp message, or other pre-engagement communication does not automatically create a non-disclosure agreement. Do not submit highly confidential material through an open form unless we have agreed the appropriate process in writing.
Nothing in this section creates a duty to keep information confidential where the client has already made it public or where disclosure is legally required.
The website and services may use third-party tools, including booking, payment, email, Google Meet, calendar, WhatsApp, hosting, security, anti-spam, analytics, cookie-consent, and other service providers. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for an interruption, error, security incident, or policy change caused solely by a third-party provider, although we will take reasonable steps to manage the service and communicate material issues where appropriate.
The website may link to external websites or platforms. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean that Michael Marketing endorses or controls those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately.
You must use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the website or another person’s use of it.
You must not:
We may suspend or discontinue access to part of the website, remove content, or refuse or end a service relationship where reasonably necessary because of misuse, non-payment, a security risk, a legal requirement, or a material breach of these Terms.
Suspension or termination does not remove payment obligations already due or rights and obligations that are intended to survive termination.
Except for obligations to pay money already due, neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including serious technical failure, internet or platform outage, illness, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disruption, or failure of a necessary third-party provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Michael Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use or a service.
Except where a separate written agreement states otherwise, our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
You agree to reimburse Michael Marketing for reasonable losses, costs, and expenses directly caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We aim to make the website accessible and to improve access when issues are identified. If you cannot access a portion of the website, please contact us with a clear description of the issue and the page or feature affected so we can assess and address it where reasonably practicable.
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations as part of a business restructuring, transfer, or service arrangement, subject to applicable law.
If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms and related agreements will be interpreted in English. These Terms, together with any applicable service-specific agreement, booking confirmation, Privacy Policy, and applicable cookie or consent notice, form the agreement relating to your use of the website and purchase of the relevant service.
We may update these Terms when the website, services, tools, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued under a confirmed booking unless required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

At the University of Ibadan, Theatre Arts taught me to understand story, people, and execution. At the same time, I built and led a styling business- training a team, retaining clients, and delivering under deadline and cash-flow pressure.
I grew from hairstylist into both makeup artist and hairstylist. That chapter led to my work as lead hairstylist for MTN Project Fame West Africa, Season 5- a continent-wide broadcast production.
That lesson has stayed with me for more than two decades. Sometimes I walked into something already broken and helped put it back together. Sometimes I took a rough idea and worked with it until it could stand in the market. An idea wasn’t finished just because it sounded good. It had to become something people could see, a team could deliver, and the business could feel.
I wanted to understand how brands won beyond the service business I had built. So I stepped from behind the styling chair onto the retail floor, starting as a retail associate for global brands. Over the years, I worked across FMCG, cosmetics and distribution, and rose to Business Manager.
That experience gave me a practical view of how products move and how brands compete at the point of purchase. It changed the questions I ask when a product isn’t gaining the traction its owner expects.
Ambition demanded more. I wanted to understand why bigger brands were winning, so I deliberately stepped away from my own business and onto the retail floor, starting as an associate for global brands.
Over the years, I worked across FMCG, cosmetics, and distribution, rising to Business Manager. I learned how products move, how brands compete at the point of purchase, and why even well-funded strategies can fall short when they meet the market.
This is why I can help you.
Later, as Senior Growth Lead for a North American EdTech company, most of my work involved high-stakes consultation calls with C-suite executives, bank leaders, and PhDs.
The offer was a high-ticket programme for people seeking to become certified Business Analysts. It wasn’t a physical product; people had to understand its value and trust that it fit what they needed. I drew on the client-facing experience I’d built over the years: listen, understand what mattered to each person, make the value clear, and help them decide. I was able to convert buyers at that level.
That experience widened my commercial lens. The offer might be a product on a shelf or a high-ticket learning programme, but the work still begins with understanding the buyer and making the value clear.
Final Word...
After seeing the road that built me, an industry statesman once asked me:
“So, you have arrived?”
My answer? Not at all.
I still take each business challenge as something to understand and work through. The market keeps moving. Customer behaviour shifts. Interest is never static.
Some industries are waiting for purchasing power to improve so more stock can move from distributors’ stalls and warehouses. When retailers buy with more confidence, revenue and turnover can grow. Then businesses can put more attention into market presence—advertising, trade promotions and showing up consistently where customers make choices.
The commercial picture is connected. Demand, distribution, retailer confidence and visibility all matter.
I don’t claim to have every answer. I have worked across service businesses, retail, FMCG, distribution, high-stakes client conversations, and the sale of intangible offers. My journey has been a continuing education in execution- and in seeing what each situation actually calls for.
The 45-Minute Check is where we work through one issue, identify what may be slowing progress, and agree on a practical first move. It isn’t a promise of a complete turnaround. If the work needs to go deeper, we scope that separately.
My process is built on respect for your time and mine. The 45-Minute Check gives you a real diagnosis and a clear first move. If the work needs to go deeper, we scope that honestly and build from there.
